Flavourings have been used in food, in one form or another since ancient times. They enrich our favourite food and drinks daily but are far more complex than they seem. To demystify flavourings EFFA has created an animation which aims to explain how flavour invokes our senses to create unique food experiences and how it is created, in a simple and accessible way.
