Our members are flavour houses and National Flavour Associations from across Europe including Switzerland and Turkey.
They supply high quality products to the European food and drink industry and operate on a national, regional and global scale. Together, the European flavour industry is responsible for about 1/3 of the global market share. Out of the companies we represent, 300 are SMEs and 70% are a family-owned business. The flavour industry follows a millennia-old tradition combined with state-of-the-art science and a creative passion for food. The passion and cultural heritage that this brings is directly linked on European cultural, societal and economic level.
