On Thursday 9 July, we served the EFFA Flavour of Europe cocktail to over 300 Members of the European Parliament at the Association Parlementaire Européenne (APE) Garden Party, the must-attend event of Strasbourg's summer.
The colours of the event were for Unity, for Hope, and pink for Love. Represented in our drink by the Nordic berries, lemons from Sicily and Bulgarian roses.
Our drink carried the message Better Together and highlighted the role that flavourings can play in a balanced and healthy diet, captured by our non-alcoholic version of the Flavour of Europe Gin&Tonic.
Congratulations to the winner of our Flavour of Europe competition! MEP Andreas Schwab brought home a bottle of Flavour of Europe Gin to share with his colleagues.
And what goes great with healthy and tasty drinks? Healthy and tasty snacks! Served by the European Snacks Association, with whom we shared the stand like every year.
The Flavour of Europe story started already a few years ago, and there are may exciting projects in its future!
